Ram Air Dam Installation

Fits 2007–2018 Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU.

Two 7/16" wrenches (ratcheting recommended).

1. Position the Ram Air Dam underneath the front bumper against the factory crossmember, with the angled face pointing forward toward the front of the Jeep.

2. Line up the mounting holes in the Ram Air Dam with the existing factory holes in the crossmember.

3. Insert the four bolts with one flat washer under each bolt head and one lock washer on the nut side.

4. Install the nuts and hand-tighten all four fasteners.

5. Make sure the Ram Air Dam is centered and positioned correctly.

6. Tighten all four fasteners securely.

Important Fitment Note: The Ram Air Dam is not compatible with front skid plates that use the same factory crossmember mounting holes.

 

No drilling required. The Ram Air Dam mounts directly to existing factory holes.
